226 Spring Street - 2nd house on left - circa 1890
Before - west facade (back of house). Under prior ownership the retaining wall - seen on the left- collapsed causing damage to the back of the house. Retaining wall was rebuilt and the back 14' of the house was lifted 24" and set on a new stem wall foundation. This picture was taken just prior to concrete pour.
